SCREW ELEMENTS.jpgScrew Element as one of the most common components of parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder screw. kalshine can provide  high quality screw suitable for various shafts:six spline shaft , inner six angle spline shaft, and involute spline shaft; kinds of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material to meet the needs according to different working conditions:high-speed steel, Nitriding steel ,and high wear-resistant alloy ;it will decrease the frequency of replacement spare part. 



3kneading elements.jpgKneading Elements  is form an important functional part of the co-rotating twin screw extruder. the melting process is generally carried out in the kneading elements (kneading block). standard kneading elements are characterized by the length, number of discs and the offset angle between the discs. Usually used 30°KB, 45°KB, 60°KB and 90°KB, some special working conditions. Tri-bode Kneading block or special kneading elements may be selected.

The mixing and transmission effects are different. So  need to be selected according to the properties of polymer compounds.
