This machine is suitable for conveying materials with a particle size of less than 50mm, which is not suitable for transporting materials with large viscosity and unmoving materials and materials with good fluidity.

As the angle of the ball plate, the height of the disc, the speed and the water, the ball of different particle size will roll down the edge of the disc by different disengagement angles because of the different gravity. In the process of continuous rolling, the ball is continuously extruded out of the surface of the ball. Due to the bond of the material and the natural volatilization of the surface liquid film, the ball has a certain strength, and then it is discharged from the edge of the disc with the rotation of the tilted disk body. When the parameters are constant, the pellets with different diameters are rolled down from the disk edge according to the different departure angles due to the different gravity. In the process of continuous rolling, the ball is continuously extruded out of the surface of the ball. Due to the bond of the material and the natural volatilization of the surface liquid film, the ball has a certain strength, and then it is discharged from the edge of the disc with the rotation of the tilted disk body.
