Do you know what are the main varieties of the flame retardants?

(1) chlorinated paraffin containing chlorinated compounds, such as chlorinated 70%, is used in polythene and polystyrene.

(2) bromine compounds, such as decabromodiphenyl oxide, four bromine phthalate two formamide, used for polystyrene, polyolefin, ABS, epoxy resin, etc.;

(3) phosphorus containing compounds, such as three chloroacetyl phosphate, are used in polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, phenolic resin and so on.

(4) antimony containing compounds, such as three oxidation of two antimony, are used for polyvinyl chloride and polyolefin.
